Discount is not working

Have you ever created a discount, seen it displayed on the offer, but disappeared after adding to cart?

That’s maybe because you setting a discount using “existing promotion” but haven’t created any promotion on BigCommerce.

For easier usage, we have developed an option to “Create new promotion” within Native Recommender. Just simply change the option from Use existing promotion into Create new promotion.

However, not every promotion can be created properly by creating new, we still have to use existing promotion if we have some special promotions. Read Some common promotions
