Hide offer if upsell product is in the cart

When you sell product A with price $X, but you want your customer to buy another product within the same category but has higher price, you use upsell.
However, if your customer by themself added the upselled into the cart, the offer won’t make sense anymore. So we develop this toggle to prevent the offer popping up when the upsell product is already in the cart.
